This trek is one of the most beautiful trek rich in flora, high mountainous view ornamented with hanging glaciers, Chandra Tal (moon lake). This legendary lake with crystal clear water, legendry Himalayan shepherds during July/Aug with their flocks, exploration of tribal regions culture and religion.
Day 01:
Manali to Marsu, Saten (2500m. 5 hrs). Trek start
Day 02:
Marsu, Saten to Balu Gyra (3300m. 5 hrs).
Day 03:
Balu Gyra to Shea Gharu( 3700m.) over Hamta pass (4200m.) 5 to 6 hrs.
Day 04:
Shea gahru to Chhatru (3360m.) Short day.
Day 05:
Chhatru to Chota Dara (3440m.) 5 hrs.
Day 06:
Chota dara to batal (3640m.)5 hrs.
Day 07:
Batal to Chandra tal (4200m.) 5 to 6 hrs. One of the most beautiful trek offers you a wonderful view of Chandra valley.
Day 08:
Chandra tal to Topko-yongmo (4370m.) 6 hrs.
Day 09:
Topko-yongmo to Topko-Gongmo (4450m.) 3 to 4 hrs walk.
Day 10:
Topko-Gongmo to Baralachala (4550m.)
Day 11:
Base of Baralachala-la back drive to Jispa over Baralachala (4800m.) 4hrs trek.
Day 12:
Jispa to Udaipur, (98 kms. via Trilokinath) (2500m.) Visit keylong, temple of Trilokinath (Shiva) 2750m. 11th century old temple of Mrikula Devi.
Day 13:
Udaipur to Manali over Rohtang pass (4050m.) 145kms.
